taskbar and desktop

ok im sure you have all seen this topic about 400 times but here is another one
i post this because ive searched all over the internet for solutions to this and i have not had success ive read posts that say i have trojans and that my regrestry is spammed and all kinds of stuff wellll the thing when i turn on my computer my taskbar and desktop appear and reapeir and when it finnally dissapears permetly i hit ctrl alt del and type run explorer.exe and it comes back up then dissapeiers again i have no clue what to do someone help
 
ive been there and tried it still didnt work, i did find a fix its kinda annoying though

basically everytime i turn on and logg on it just type in explorer.exe in task manger 3 times and it stays up
the reason i do it three times is because it closes the first to and the third one stays open took me like 5 hours to find this fix lol thank you very much though
