TCP ports won't forward

Alright so I'm trying to forward the ports for killing floor, and it will work fine on my desktop, but on my laptop TCP ports won't open. UDP is fine, I even tried dmz and it still won't work. I have no firewall running on my laptop, static IP and as far as I know the ports are setup correctly on the router, especially since it will work fine on the desktop. Any ideas?

I don't think you can forward the same port to multiple clients unless you do it to a whole VLAN at the router level, but then how would the packet know where to go if it is suppose to be forwarded to multiple clients?

I only care about them being forwarded to my laptop, I was just using my desktop to see if they were being forwarded correctly. Now it's completely possible I did something wrong since I don't know a ton about networking. I did follow the directions on portforward.com though.
