Yes, but you might want to consider:

1. Getting a Dual Core CPU
2. Going with the regular XP rather than the 64 bit version - Driver support is still quite limited
3. Spending a little less on the motherboard and a little more on the CPU and/or RAM (2GB would be nice)
4. Going with an AM2 based system, rather than an S939. You'll have more upgrade options.

BTW, your link doesn't work

Oh, and you'll need a PSU as well

I guess it would depend on all your exact hardware but I have the evaluation windows xp64(I plan on never buying the full version, All that evalution does is expire after 4 months, i dont mind reinstalling every 4 months :D ) and I have found drivers for all my componts and it works great, except for my HP pcs 2210xi all in one printer, which they do not have drivers for on their website, but they DO have a guide on how to make it work anyways.

yea...

i have a case and it already has a PSU, my case came w/ it. so from what im assuming it all works together?

btw i didnt think the link would work. lol

If the psu came with the case it well be very junky. With your video card it will not supply enough power and it could cause some problems. You want to get a seperate psu.
