Temperature Monitor

Is there a peice of hardware that I can get to but in one of my optical slots that will show the temps of my CPU, GPU, and maybe speeds and stuff? If so, where could i find them? Thanks

There are hundreds of fan/temp monitors on newegg if you just take the time to look around. As for speeds, do you mean fan or processor? Therea re some that would tell you fan speeds, but the only ones that show processor speed(that I've seen) are either simply LCDs running off USB(they require the software and what not to display different things) or some of the Abit board and their little breakout box thingy...I forget what it's called right off.
