Temperature

I have a 4-core laptop and its temperature is 40-50C (105-122F) just when im surfing on the internet, is this much? And when im rendering in Cinema 4D it start to get really loud and overheat but it doesnt shut off, can it be bad for my laptop?

your english is decent actually. only 2 or 3 errors there.

And on laptops, it is going to run hot. No way around it. Once you start packing that much power into a static environment, the parts get hot. 50* is fine for idle. stay below 80* for load and you will be fine.
