temperaturer monitoring software

are there any freeware programs to monitor the temps inside my computer? mainly ram, motherboard and processor, I accidentally wiped off a bit of thermal grease when installing an OEM intel heatsink/fan and want to see if the temperatures are good or if i should reinstall the thermal grease. thanks in advance!
