Temperatures...?

I just Oc's my Q6600 B3 to 3.6 and am running orthos, cores 0 and 1 idled rounf 50-52C, and cores 2 and 3 around 45-47 ish, cores 0 and 1 got up to 80C with orthos and the other 2 get to about 60, and i kno thats too hot. n e way to get the temps down? im using a zalman 9700 cooler, computer case sits under desk, maybe setting it ontop of desk for more airflow? also i think my exhaust fan and side fan are going out the dont spend as fast as they used to. the computer seems pretty stable though. just high load temps..

make sure you case has got good airflow and the plenty of cool air going into your rig. have a look around for case fans that move a lot of air.

yea i found some on new egg, i found 80mm fans that move like 90 cfm i think and 120 mm that move like 135 some imma order me some, and i think i may take off my HS and fan from teh cpu and re-do the thermal compund. but it seemed pretty stable. i ran orthos for about 15 min like i said and it got to 70 celcius. but i set it back to 3.0 ghz, but i forgot to write down my previous settings...so now after a few hours or even 30 min it crashes to a blue screen and restarts...n e ideas..? i have it at..

1333 FSB
9x multi
mem is at like 667?
cpu voltage is at... i think 1.35? maybe..
and fsb voltage is 1.2 i think
and mem voltage is at 2.1

help me out a littl i ran 3.0 for awhile now but i think i dont have sumthin set right....
 
ne one? i keep getting a blue screen leaving my voltages on auto. i hve g0 stepping, i just found out yesterday lol... soo help!!! :)
 
ok, also when im looking at my temperatures...should i just look at my overall CPU temperature in speed fan or watch every core temperature?? at idle @ 3.0 ghz my over all temp is 38C but my cores are.. (0= 46) (1=43) (2=44) (3=40)

I have the hottest room in the house btw. still tryin to get the blue screen to go away at 3.0ghz, i flashed my bios to P33 and updated my mobo drivers, so hopefully thatll help.
 
also, i have my voltages set on auto, and in CPUz it says my core voltage is 1.4... should i set it lower? also....coretemp says 1.275 VID...wth... speedfan also says 1.42

well it seems i got it stable at 3.0ghz, all volages on auto but mem is at 2.1, i changed fsb to 1333 mem at 800, and 9x multi. no crashes to a blue screen is 24 hours... it used to crashe after about 20 min or so, imma get some new fans and go for 3.6 again.
