Temporary Mobile Number From an Online Provider

I'm living in a Europe country and would like to know if there is such a phone service provider online that when for example I register with a website and don't want to give them my real mobile number, I use a temporary number where they send me a PIN to confirm my registration. Does anyone know of such service? I'd prefer a free one

Google Voice is a good Wi-Fi phone service. I don't know if it's available over there but there's other free phone number apps on Apple Store and Google Play
