Temps for 4670k using H100i?

I recently installed an H100i in my case, which I'm using to cool my stock 4670k. Its using the two stock fans.

What temps should I be getting from this cooler? Are there any tests I can run on it to ensure that its cooling efficiently? Is there a certain temperature in celsius that I shouldn't be exceeding?

an are you at stock speeds, ore is the cpu overclocked, true you ore true the motherbord like somthing like msi oc genie.
do you whant to now what temps you get in a game, ore do you want to now the temps if you stress the cpu.
for temps in games, yust play a game and monitor the temps by core temp ore realtemp.
if you whant to stress youre cpu download the latest prime95
linx ore intelburn test.
