Temps too high

Okay I noticed my temps we're loading at 60c in orthos when i decided to test my E2180. I bought a Xigmatek S1283 and it dropped the temps by 20c for 3 weeks.. now its back the same? O_o wth is going on.. I JUST reseated the HSF. and it's the SAME. 32/60c E2180 clocked at 3GHZ on 1.468vcore. I used OCZ Freeze
 
umm, likely your problem has something to do with that voltage. isnt that quite high for air cooling?

other than that maybe you arent securing the heatsink down tight enough. that could be it. i havent used that heatsink but i know the thermaltake big typhoon screws down really tight to my motherboard and i get fairly even temperatures on both cores.
