Unreal temps. It is practically impossible for a cpu to be at 20C with air cooling, unless your room is a freezer. A pentium D runs hotter than most processors. I'd suggest a faulty sensor. Is that from the BIOS?

the temp of the room is normal. temp results are from the program speedfan

those speedfan results are faulty checked bios temps and the cpu is 25c

Some programs that you get to detect cpu, motherboard and gpu temps are faulty and inaccurate. To get the correct temps go into the BIOS.

I use Everest and it is usually on par with the BIOS.
