ok I been reading all these things about terraflops.

What the hell is a terraflop in lamens terms. And would it used to have been a gigaflop when things were less powerfull. ?
 
ok I understood like half of that but I understand I think. Basicaly the more flops you have the fatser your processing power is. Ohh and got me thinking I now know a new word in the computing world peta, before that was terra and before that was giga. But after peta what is there, and what will be after that. Does anyone know? :confused:
 
After a petabye is an exabyte then a zettabyte then a yottabyte.

Take a few minutes and research the subject...
