Terrible problem!!!Help me!!!Plx!!

Dear all expert,
When i try to enter my harddrive,
a xxxx message appeared:F:/is not accessible
The disk structure is corrupted and unreadable.




On!My God!
what that!
How can i tackle this problem? problem of installing Goback?
Do you encounter this xxxx problem?
What is your suggestion and solution?

maybe not a reformat just yet, try going in the recovery console and use the chkdsk /r command. give that a shot and let us know what happens.:D
