Terrible Virus, Combofix deleted files

My girlfriend gotten a virus (again) that did the usual things like block system restore pop ups fake program etc. I instructed her to run malware bytes, super antispyware and such nothing was working. So as a last resort I had her run combofix to get a log and see if it would fix anything, she said it blue screened in the middle of running (I believe got to stage 35) and now all her bookmarks, files and pictures saved on her computer are gone.

Is there anyway to recover them?

Super antispyware does not get rid of it. Here is the hijackthis log.

Have you tried running rkill before running malwarebytes? Malwarebytes should get the most of it.

To get the files back download and run UNHIDE.EXE

If ccleaner or any other temp file cleaner has been ran after the files went hidden, you won't be able to get them back.
 
It did restore the files! But my girlfriend didnt back them up before rebooting after scanning with malwarebytes and antispyware, like I asked her to multiple times.

I told her I'd check it when I come over later this week. Thank you for your help, I haven't gotten this virus in a long long time i seems to keep mutating and growing more resistant, wow. I will repost hijack this when I can.
 
Also, its something I really don't recommend but you could try doing a system restore to a date before she got infected and see if that works. However, sometimes the malware will hide in the restore files and you will still be infected after the restore.
