Text.csv Format Not Available

I am currently working on a project and I need to save an excel spreadsheet in windows 11 using a text.csv format. However, in the “save as type” drop down there is no option. What can I do?

Just choose *.CSV

I tried that and it doesn’t import into Salesforce correctly.

Then contact the Salesforce company for support. There must be an issue with their software.

Does your spreadsheet actually conform to csv format?

You have to specifically structure it with the correct syntax for it to function.
