Text Huge Icons Tiny How do i change it back?

I was messing around in the dell quick set and messed with the wrong stuff while trying to fix it i made it worse. Now my text is huge the icons are tiny and if i make the icons the regular size the text grows even bigger. How can i change the text and icon size to the default size??? Im using a dell with win xp if u need to know.....

Right Click Desktop-->“Properties”
In the Properties Window click on the “Appearance Tab” at the top.
In the Appearance Window click on the “Advanced”

under "item" select icons, and i think the default size shud be 32, am not on windows can't really remember

That would work, you could also hold Ctrl and scroll up and down
