that Annoying blue search bar

Does any one know how to get rid of the annoying bar in IE i know its a spyware but spy-bot doesn't pick it up. it also changes names and also changes its links to stuff relating to the web pages u visit. last time its name was search bar and today its boob meal bat. i can't find any way of removing this spyware :mad: :mad: :mad:
 
i couldn't find any files that it told u to remove but i did find one named boob meal bat which was the name of the bar(for today) and it seems to have worked :D funny thig is that i deleted the file called math fist like 5 months ago but i must have forgoten about the registery. thanks for the link :D does anyone know y the www.merijn.org home page doesn't work or is it just on my computer

I know how to change the title bar in IE but onle recomend if u know alot bowt computers it invovles using the Regit on windows files
