That Just Happened

Very nice case,I like how they have thought about cable management and put alot of holes on the Mobo tray for them,I had to cut my own like alot of people have too ..pain in the rear!

Still coolermaster have messed up with the front intake fan on this case again,the HDD cage blocks the intakes fan so the air is just going to hit that and go nowhere basiclly,Thats why i moved mine because it did nothing where it was.

I thought they had learned their lesson when they did actually sort out that problem with the CM690 2,If you look at that case you will see there is nothing blocking the front intake :P and now on this HAF they blocked it up again!

I agree with Linkin,They should have had its interior black as standard!

Yeah interior black needs to be standard ... I was thinking about not buying my HAF because I'm not very good with painting. I pulled it off pretty well, though. The front intake fan design is bad, but they make up for it with a wide fan on the 932 (230mm).

To be honest, I have the HAF 922 case and I like it better than this new one. This looks like HAF (pun intended) of my case + better cable management :rolleyes:

I do also understand that by the name of the case sounds like it may be cheaper? 912<922<932<942

It's sorta like this...

912 = Budget mid tower
922 = Enthusiast mid tower
932 = sorta-budget full tower (but originally it was enthusiast)
942 = enthusiast full tower (even though most can be done with the 932)

I'd get a 690II Basic before i'd get the 912. Not a fan of the HAF X/942 by any means though...that price is ATCS territory.

The ATCS is a sweet-@$$ case, but the HAF fits my theme a bit better... The HAF X looks kinda plastic-y so for me, it's either 922, 932, or 840.

EDIT: Or the Cosmos

Where I'm doing work experience are official coolermaster and asus associates, I'll see if i can find some good cases for pictures ;)

They have some Centurion 5 II's sitting around, some Elite 335's as well.

But I love my scout, black interior, a cut out for backplates and cable management holes, and decent airflow :)
