The ATI X2900 XTX or nVidia GeForce 8800 GTX Ultra

 Going to upgrade the card that came with my new standard system. Question is should I pick up a GTX/GTS or an XTX/XT??? Since the new system ships in a couple days and I'm the impatient techno savvy buyer, should I wait until the XTX gets released in June (maybe) or go with an nVidia card because the performance differences are so fast (meaning you'll never notice)? I'm just debating why to wait for an XTX card because it might have a 2 nanosecond speed improvement. The primary reason for buying any of them is because of the DirectX 10 support. My thinking is it'll take games 3 years to catch up to use the hardware in super high-end cards. I've read countless benchmark tests of the two companies but have heard the real benchmarking will involve DX10 and not how F.E.A.R runs on it. Seems to me like buying a Porsche Carerra, a Carerra S, Turbo, or GT3. They're all fast no matter how you look at it. So if you guys can issue a verdict; patience or buy buy buy?
