The Best Computer Out There

well, you really dont need anything spectacular unless you are into hardcore gaming or video editing. there is a company called falcon that makes very expensive computers (some over $20,000US). but you can build yourself a top of the line machine for under 2,000 if you shop around a little bit
 
best performance on a laptop is the aus c90s currently. it runs on a desktop conroe processor and has dual raid hard drive slots.

for desktops you can look into voodoos and top of the line xps desktops. most have qx6800 clocked at at least 3.46ghz but you can clock it higher yourself and with dual 8800 ultras as well as water cooling pre installed.

you will be looking somewhere around 5-10,000 usd.

Wouldn't those just be the most expensive, not exactly the best.
