I'm getting a new laptop here within the month, and I have heard it can be a beast sometimes when it comes to heavy loads and getting hot, which personally, I'm used to with the laptop I already own overheating once a month. But I want to protect my investment and get a laptop cooling pad, but I want the best one I can afford and I happen to have no experience in this. So what is the best laptop cooling pad for $45 or under? Thank you for your help.
