ok i tried using WMM cant do alot
is there a free full version downnload of a program thats easy to add effects,music, text, exc from my capture card that records halo2 content

Yes. Switch to linux and use Avidemux.

If you can, Adobe Premeire Elements or Pinnacle Studio, everything is so much easier.
