Yeah between those 2. But if I had to pick I would go with ad-aware.

I would agree that a combination of Spybot and Adaware
SE are very good.

Microsoft Defender might be my choice if I only could run
one but it will only work with Service Pack 2 installed (I
think).

Spybot and Adaware aren't real big so I would suggest
using both of them since they are free.

Use all of them, plus use A-squared and spyware blaster both of which are free also!
