The Funniest Problem...

I think LG is wierd... here is my problem... My CD-RW and DVD-RW W/ Lightscirbe is doing this to me... I will play any CD, it will burn any CD, it will play and DVD, it won'y burn DVD's with ConvertXtoDVD, it will burn ISO, it won't burn DVD-Movie, it will burn a lightscribe picture, it will recognize a DVD as a CD, but burn iso over 700MB... I'ts freaky.....

Could this be some kind of back up prevention? Sounds weird to me iv never heard of anything like that.

Why would you bump a thread after 3 hours only??

On topic: I've had a similar issue. My DVD-burner played CD's and DVD's, sometimes burned DVD's but never CD's. It was weird!

it was movie night i needed to burn quickly... endd up with ppv

Some drives don't like being placed as a slave or master. Chance the little clip on the back and make sure you update firmware.
