The Matrix: Path of Neo is an action-adventure game in which the player finds himself delivered into the most key and memorable situations Neo faces in the Matrix film trilogy (The Matrix , The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions). You're in Neo's shoes, but from the moment gameplay starts, how the situations play out, how you handle them, how you deal with the problems, where you go, how people react to you -- it's all up to YOU.

Written & directed by the Wachowski brothers, The Matrix: Path of Neo reaches beyond the intensity and extreme adrenaline rush of the film trilogy by utilizing the latest game's technology.

Finally you can become Neo and decide your own path.

BE THE ONE!!

Take the role of "Neo" - from when he, as Thomas Anderson gets the cell phone in the package from "Morpheus," to the flying street battle in the rain against "Agent Smith." ALL the key moments from the movies have been included but your actions determine both the path Neo follows and the outcome

Likenesses of all of the films' key actors - including Keanu Reeves ("Neo"), Laurence Fishburne ("Morpheus"), Carrie-Ann Moss ("Trinity), Hugo Weaving ("Agent Smith") and Jada Pinkett-Smith ("Niobe").

"Director's Cut" of the original movie footage from all three films and The Animatrix as cinematic sequences to progress the story told from "Neo's" perspective.

An exclusive to The Matrix: Path of Neo, the footage was edited by Zach Staenberg, the Academy Award winning editor of The Matrix working side by side with the Wachowski Brothers.

Full orchestral score playing in surround sound, developed to follow the action of the game. In addition, the games' soundtrack will feature original songs by the bands that were featured in the Matrix films.

Use martial arts ( I Know Kung Fu), medieval weapons and guns (lots of guns) to take on a variety of enemies, such as heavily armed SWAT officers; Agents of the Matrix, including "Agent Smith;" and Exiles in the employ of the Merovingian.

Enhanced "Bullet Time" special effects from the films and allow gamers to dodge bullets, jump off walls and defy gravity and logic to recreate its most memorable scenes.

it looks pretty bad-@ss :D i hope the interface isnt as crappy as it was in enter the matrix. ( the xbox version was fully crap.. bet the pc version was quite nice to play. tough.. the walking looked pretty weird)

Ok. I bought this game and it’s not too bad. As far as the story line and graphics, they are ok, could've been better though. The only thing is that you have to get use to with the controller.
The bottom line is that "this game is a much better choice comparing with Matrix online". I just started playing it yesterday, will post more of my opinions soon.

you bought the console version? PS2/xbox? or the pc version?

because im really thinking of buying this game. (pc) :)

PC version..
Since I got my Gaming PC, its been long time since I played games on my PS2. I just think that PC Gaming are much more advanced and better than the console gaming. (offcourse you need the right PC).

I got the game

The game is class i on like one of the last levels. At the start of the game the garahics dont look the best, well it aint the graphics it is how the matrixs is. The game is class though. The gaphicals are good i think everyone is different though. I have a psp aswell as much as i love it that is not a game that they could put on psp would be to hard to play. I think everyone should get thids game it is class and they change the ending abit to well u do the film not there is a extra bit because it is a game they make you fight i big agent smith.

Get this game and it is only £29.99
:D

I haven't seen it on commerical. I like the first matrix game though. I'm in to action, shooting, and fighting. oh yea and winning eleven best scoccer game.

I rented it for Playstation 2 before Christmas. The game plays well, especially in hand-to-hand combat and combat with melee weapons. The graphics and animations are much better than "Enter the Matrix" (sound-alikes have been used in "Path of Neo"). It is definately worth a rental. However, I'm hesitating to purchase this game. I'm thinking that I should wait to buy it cheaper as a used game.
