the most expensive thing

...It is a very robust development software package. But, it is far from the most expensive development software. The company I work for uses an application framework called Magic Software. Each eDeveloper license is $5,000(USD). Each runtime license can cost between $700 and $2,500.

Anyway, Visual Studio 2005 Team System is built off of Visual Studio 2005 which is about $700. But, it is built for a company to develop complex applications in a short amount of time.

dude you can get a free trial on that stuff. man i wonder if there are any crackes out for that!! :D

Anyway, the college I go to is a Microsoft Partner so I was able to get VS .NET 2003 early last year for around $15...

As for Magic Software the company I work for uses.... Our customers make millions of dollars in profit every year, I imagine they can afford 15 or 20 $2,500 runtime licenses... and my boss can definitely afford 4 eDeveloper licenses (he just purchased about $120,000 worth of servers for in-house development use....and our internal network is ALL gigabit.. first time I can actually say it is utilized to the fullest :D )
