The movie RAD has no sound.

I have purchased the movie RAD from e-bay. This person maked a copy of the movie and put it on dvd. But when I go to play the movie I get picture but no sound. My dvd player does play burned dvds cause I make copy of movies and play them on my dvd player also and no problem. The RAD movie plays fine with sound and picture on my computer but not my dvd player. Is there any way I can reburn the movie to get the sound to come out. I tried reburning and I used dvd shrink then nero to burn and had no luck. I really hope somebody can help me. Thanks alot

Not Illegal

I need somebody to tell me why this is illegal. The copy of Rad that I purchased on e-bay does not play sound in my dvd player. Therefore I am trying to reburn the movie on to a blank dvd for it to work right. This is my Rad movie and they are my blank dvds for me to watch in My home. It is not illegal for me to go to walmart and purchase any dvd movie then make a back up copy of and view it in my home.
 
are u sure its illigal it might be ligitimant if u are copying burning movies witch are not copywrited or as he said backups of ur purchased dvds on dvd shrink u need to burn the whole disk onto your hard drive when this is finished u have to go to regions i think its on tools and change it to all witch alows u to watch it on and dvd player then after put all the vid files in teh vid folder in nero and burn then u should be sorted
 
Thanks for the help, But I ran the movie through dvd shrink and it was set on free region which means it should play on all regions. Anyway after it copies the movie it will send an audio folder and a video folder to a certain folder on my desktop. When I open up the video folder there are files in there but when I look in the audio folder there are none(empty). I'm confused. Don't take for grantit that I'm a computer genius cause I'm an idiot when it comes to computers. Thanks

Duplication of software

And selling a copy of something is, of course violating copyright laws....

im sorry i did not know a dvd was a software. But he isn't selling anything and he isn't violating anything here. i still dont understand why you had to post that here:confused:

The buyer is still liable for buying illegal material. And anyway, i think there is no sound because it is a bad copy, someone doesn't know how to copy stuff properly:D

With all my backups, nothing is in the audio_ts folder. It's always empty.
