The Occasional Gamer's Video Card

What PCI-ex video card would the occasional gamer such as myself use to play games like NFS shift, but mostly older games. I'm not a gamer, so I don't want to fork over a bunch of money from my GPU. The Ideal price is $40. I only use one monitor.

HD5670 $64.99 after rebate, should be pretty good, obviously need to make sure you psu is ok for it.
