Yeah every computer has compatability issues with "stuff" you want to be more specific about what made you not get a mac because of incompatability.

Macs have a lot of good things going for them. I like them and use both PCs and Macs, and have both running at home.

I think Apple makes some of the best laptops out there.
 
PCs simply because of amount of 3rd party programs and games available. They are also easier to upgrade and come in a wider variety of styles. Macs are ok, I do some work on them but nothing I couldn't do with ease on a PC.
