what do people know of the intel processor codenamed Kentsfield?
all i know is that it is quad-core and it is to arrive in 1st quarter of 2007... is that all we know about it?
 
I know that it'll be expensive...and have 4 cores. I'll guess that the price will be around $500 for a quad-core CPU.
 
well we all thought the conroe was supposed to be dead expencive and it turnes out that they start at about $200!

i was planning to have enough money to buy a computer by the end of this year, i am gona buy my PC when i have $1200, so i think that if i get my money before Christmas i am gona get Conroe, and if i get it after christmas i will wait and see what the Quad-Cores might be like! i personally hope i could get a quad-core processor for $400 (that is how much i plan to spend on the processor)
