I have a laptop but it doesnt have Celeron and laptops are all about the wireless internet.
Well what would be a OKay computer. Right now here are the stats it has now:

Microsoft Windows Xp Home Edition Version 2002
Service Pack 2
Intel Pentium II Processor
366 Mhz 160 MB of RAM
Also I think its a 6 1/2 GB of Hardrive


Please write me what you think would be a O00o0o-K Computer

Couple you please clearify your post? I'm very confused... I ASSUME you mean Centrino and not Celeron? If that's the case, that's just intel's name for some chips they use, nothing that's required for wireless internet.

If you're trying to get that laptop online using wireless, it'd do just fine with a wireless card. It wouldn't be super fast, but it'll work fine.
 
Well It doesnt have Centrino. It has a pentium 2 and I want it to be fast enough to play warcraft 3 and not to lag. I want my laptop to be fast to play like a Gamming laptop. Im thinking of getting pentium 4 w/centrino for the wireless internet.

I dont want a cord hanging from my laptop to use the internet I want it wireless and also Im going to put more memory just dont know how much I have like 168MB I think.

So I would be needing Pentum 4 and Centrino w/ wireless ineternet and some memory.

I dont wanna spend much buthow much would that be?
 
I'm lost man... If you want all that stuff in your current Pentium 2 laptop, throw it away and get a new one. There's no way you can upgrade a laptop like that. There's really no way to upgrade most laptops, period.

you can only install windows 98 in it, NO XP

Please don't post if you don't know the correct info. That machine meets all of XP's requirements. It might be slow, but it certinally would run.
