the start menu bar

i was wondering if there was a program or if there is already a way to move the windows location in my start bar in windows xp. like if i had my windows aranged:

:AIM: :FIREFOX: :WINAMP:

and i wanted them to be:

:FIREFOX: :WINAMP: :AIM:

is there anyway to like drag them how i want them arranged or a program i can do it with or do i just have to close them and arranged them how i want?
