So, my wife has been listening in on some of the conversations I have had with friends about wanting a new computer. I even posted on here, looking for some advice. She knew what I wanted to do, some gaming and HD video editing, and she took that knowledge to bestbuy and bought a computer while I was at work. I am by no means disappointed, it's the thought that counts, and she was very thoughtful. This is what she got me…
HP Envy w/ 10 GB of ram, AMD six - core FX 6200 processor, 1.5TB HD, SuperMulti DVD burner, and an AMD Radeon HD 7570 graphics card with 460W power supply.
I don't know much about CPU's, so I have no idea if it is good or not, and even if it isn't I wouldn't be able to change it out anyway. What about the graphics card and power supply? Is it enough? How much would I be looking at for an upgrade down the road if I needed more?
