Ok fellas I really suck at RPGs but have made it to 2nd Chapter so far. The last mission I did was take the guy who sings to a whole to play a song to get some woman's attention. Now I don't see anything in my compass other than "wait for events to unfold". What events? I have been walking and talking to the fking dwarfs for a good hour and nothing. I hit "J" to see my journal and all I see is a bunch of stories. Some have checkmarks, most don't. It does not tell me how to complete the journals that I have not finished. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

From what I remember, you should be in an area with a burned town. You have to come a certain time of day... night time I believe. Then a cut scene will appear and the events will unfold.

I had the same issue and I think it was because I wasn't there at the tight time of day. It is either dusk or night.
