Themes in Vista

I don't know if this has already been discussed so forgive me if it has. I have a Lenovo laptop T61p running Windows Vista Business x64 and I was wondering if there was any way to get a new theme. I have Window Blinds but I have been having problems with it and became annoyed. Is there someplace I can just download a theme and apply it like you can do with the Aero and Classic themes via Personalization?

I did a google search but I find sites and you have to mod some system files? And there is an automatic patcher but I think I have SP1 and also I don't know if it's going to mess up my comp since I'm running x64. Does anybody know where I can just get .theme files for vista?

Yeah that is for Windows Vista 32 bit only...

Is there a way to add new themes since I'm using 64 bit Vista?
