There a Program Like Windows Blinds That Works with Windows XP Service Pack 3?

Is there a good free program out there like Windows Blinds that Works with Windows XP Service Pack 3? I would like something that would not mess with the stability of Windows XP.

If you get the Ux Theme patcher you can get all sorts of themes for XP. Don't have any for-certain sites, but look around a bit on Softpedia and you will find some cool free stuff.

Look in Windows\Desktop Enhancements. I think they're in there, in Themes or something.

That's it! Make sure you get the one for your version of XP, as it will mess up your system with the wrong one. If you have Service Pack 3, get SP3, etc.
