thermal compound opinion

Just brought some cooler master IC essential E2 gold edition thermal compound. What's everyone's review!!

Personally, I use Arctic Silver 5 from Radioshack, and that works great for me.

They usually perform pretty similarly. You may notice a degree or two between the best and worst compounds, but usually how it is applied is more influential than the compound itself.

Ye olde AS5 still holds up well today, most generic pastes are pretty synonymous.

i will second that one.i buy what my local suppliers have in stock and never had a problem.
