thermal grease?

depends on what stuff...on clothes im sure it could be a bitch.

If its on general parts of your pc then just make sure you clean it up...lint free cloth is advisable.
 
isopropyl alcohol and a lint free cloth should do the trick. most paper towels do good too. if it's in a small place, use a q-tip.

you don't want it on carpet or on your clothes though. if you try to wash it off with soap and water it just smears.
