I need some information about Thermal Paste, I'm useing Intel Pentium 4
CPU 3.20GHz, 2.0GB Ram, Intel 82915G/GV/91oGL Express family.
basically i just wanna know what type of Thermal Paste to i need.

Get Arctic Silver 5 you can get it at Radio Shack
 
Pretty much anything will work for stock speed (even cheese).
There's a pretty long/ongoing debate for paste, AS5 is generally the benchmark.

If you still have the OEM pink sheet of goo on there, anything is an improvement.
 
I just changed from air cooling to a closed loop water cooling system. During the changeover I switched from AS5 to Noctua NT-H1. When applying this paste, I first noticed how easy it was to spread and get a nice even layer of paste on the CPU. I can't really say how much differences are in temperatures, but with my Corsair H100 setup, I am getting 29*C temps, and the max temp I have seen under load was 39*C.
