Thermaltake P4 Spark 7+ Heatsink Sleeved is it good??

well guys i can't really put a big fan into my PC becuase my motherboard is really small so it only allow small fans. i have gone through a lot of fans i found this one with pretty good reviews and also an average price. so i bought it.

what do you think think is it good?? i am using it to cool my P4 3.2ghz PC

Are you talking about the Thermaltake P4 Spark 7+? From my bit of knowledge of it, it is a bit loud, but it does help with cooling some (the fan goes at 6000RPM :O)

well i just bought it from performance-pcs.com haven't got it yet just wondering what you guys think.
