was wondering if ya'll think ill be able to run eq2 smoothly with this setup? feedback from you lucky few who are in the beta would rock especially ;) (also may need to change my video card soon, not sure if mine is messed up or not) thinking about this one...

well yah i saw the system requirments :P but they said that there is no computer out that will be able to run it at full quality, would like to at least be at medium

well if you had a Radeon 9800XT or NVIDIA GeForce 6800 Ultra 256mb or sumfin like that...Youd probably be able to Run it on high quality...but until they bring in the 512mb GFX cards youll just be able to play it on High(MAX)....but with your Radeon 9200 youll just get medium still thats alright, because the 512mb Graphics cards will alow you to do Ultra Graphics :D

lol, i know someone who's dad just blew like a couple thousand dollars on a new computer that will run eq2 at full. He has a thing that uses two video cards and shares the load between the two of them, a 2gig prossecer and i foget how much ram, but i think double the minimum of 512. personally i would love a computer like that, but you got to have a lot of money to pay for it. the friend says that the picture is beyond words.

I'm just kinda annoyed they decided to make the graphics develop over time, because how it looks now on my pc (having to run it at performance to stop lag), looks absolutely disgusting -- feels like I'm playing a game that was released 5yrs. ago. And coming from a game like L2 where the graphics and landscapes are breathtaking even on medium settings, it's hard to adjust :p
