Thinking about building new gaming desktop PC in October/November 2023 - any reason to wait?

Hi guys, I am thinking about building a new gaming desktop PC, but something I'm concerned about is if there's a new CPU or a new video card or something else just around the corner that I should wait for before building the new PC. Is Intel or AMD on the brink of releasing something big? Does Nvidia have a new card coming out soon that'll be worth waiting for?

If not I was thinking about an Intel Core i9-14900K 24-Core CPU along with a 24GB RTX 4090 video card and 128GB of DDR5 6400 RAM. Thanks for any thoughts on this!

Intel just released the 14th gen chips which you already have listed.

What makes you think you need a 24gb video card and 128gb of ram? You may not even need the I9 cpu, most likely just an I7 or even an I5 What games will you be playing? The only people that need that much ram is ones that do a lot of editing or ones that use memory intensive applications.

I'd probably see what rolls around on Black Friday, but it doesn't appear that cost effective is your angle.

I don't imagine you have a workload that would leverage that amount of RAM, however.
