Thinking about RAID in my new machine....

I might put RAID 0 in my new machine in my sig, with the Western Digital SE16 SATA2 250Gb HDD. What performance changes would I see? Will this be hard to configure? Any risks/problems? I know if one fails they both fail(basically). But, any advice or help will be appreciated.

I have the exact same thing- RAID 0 with the same 250gb harddrives. It's fabulous. It's not at all hard to setup (but I suppose difficulty will vary with BIOS revisions and RAID drivers) and doesn't require any additional attention after setup.
