Thinking of upgrading current case. How much is a fair price for my old one?

Considering to retire my MasterCase Pro 5. It's in 4/5 condition still has original plastic film on side window since 2016. Original box and 80% of all original accessories.

I couldn't really find any online since it's been discontinued for some time.
It's an outstanding case.

How much would be a fair price to ask?

Chassis don't really hold their value, unless they are some special edition. Assuming you're in the US, I would say about $35 - $55 would be a fair price.
