Thinking to assemble cpu

Hello Friends Help me
I am thinking to assemble a cpu my budget is Rs25000=$410 approx. As i mentioned i want only cpu without os and dvd drive minimum processor i3 .I want normal gaming pc which can play games of 13 or 14gb or say cod mw3 (example only).Memory 500 gb hdd .Please help me

Not possible man. You need a high tech facility and a crack team of engineers.

A CPU is the Central Processing Unit of a computer, its a part of a computer, not the computer itself

i think i am unable to descibe what i actually want
I am trying again to explaine you what i need i want to setup cpu only as i want only cpu beacause i have led ,keyboard,mouse and laptop i am selling laptop and buying new cpu thanks

a nonsense website never seen in world or my computer carrier
I a describing that i need cpu(central processong unit)only other parts of pc /computer are available to me and i thought that first two are smaller than me but here administrator is also nonsense i quit
 
You are just using the wrong terminology. You want recommendations on what parts to get correct? You can build a cpu. The cpu is the actual processor. You want to build a computer, correct?
