That is indeed a nice PSU
have a look at the PSU 101... should help you make your own informed decisions in the future (suggestions in there too)
that PSU is indeed a nice one. do realize it is a ATX20 native PSU (i.e., its main connector is 20pin instead of the more common 24pin however there are convertors). on older systems its not a problem, on a newer system you may wont to consider a different PSU or getting convertors
