Maybe medium at a low resolution? I dunno that that OB card is all that hot to play CSS.. It meets the min. requirements, though that doesn't necessarily mean anything.

I doubt it could play it well. It has integrated graphics and a kind of slow amd processor.

Agreed. Integrated graphics just dont cut it anymore. Laptops are not the way to go for gaming anyways.
