"This Program is Blocked by Group Policy"

I DL'd My first Steam title tonight (Just Cause 2) and though I didn't have any trouble with the DL, when I hit the button to play the game I got the error in the thread title. From the Steam Forum I'm apparently not the only one to have had this problem. My WIN7 version is the Home Premium which apparently doesn't offer the flexibility of other versions in the Group Policy editor.

I've googled and seen the discussion elswhere but haven't seen a workable solution in Win7 Home Premium.

So, ummmm.... any thoughts? Do I eat the price of the Game ($14) which was a code I bought off of EBay?

Try to right click and then "Run As Administrator".
