A trojan pop up keeps popping up and says to get it deleted or something click the balloon and when I click it, it brings me to that site and im wondering if it's real or another problem.?

its an advert trying to make you pay to get it removed. sometimes resulting in fraud and stuff like that.
best thing to do is reformat the harddisk, or do a system restore to about 6 months ago (or as far back as it can go)
then re-update your drivers

yeah better off with a clean install. start things on a clean slate.
