all this for 612 dollers is it good? im using this for 3d rendering video editing maybe some games but im not a big gamer this would be my first pc i dunno bout the cpu and graphics card if there good

nice man those seem good actually i never heard of open box before so its like 2nd hand? hmm i want new stuff, i wonder how much postage costs i live in Australia
 
There's no reason to get the 610 if you're using the iGPU. It might even be slower than the APU unless you solely plan to use it for CUDA (even then there isn't enough hardware resources to be particularly useful).

I wouldn't buy it for your uses and that rate. Video encoding will be pretty painful with only two threads.
